The Chairman of the NEA visited Fargo today to see what is going on with our project. Unfortunately the article misses the point that the community will be the prime driver of concepts and design, to be aided in that by local artists–nonetheless it does highlight that the NEA itself is interested in supporting more art and infrastructure projects and that is good news .
