The natural world is a source of creative inspiration and rejuvenation of mind, body and heart. Mindfulness meditation offers a way to calm and center the mind, which in turn allows you to be fully present in each moment. In this 8-week course, you will learn how to practice mindfulness as you explore your connection to the earth by creating drawings, paintings, and sculptures that are inspired by nature – sometimes with only the materials that the earth provides!
