Fellow Kameelah Janan Rasheed will give a brief artist talk around her text-based work created over the past three years as well as recent A.I.R. Gallery exhibition, “On Refusal”. Afterward, participants will be able invited to create poems and other text-based works using provided text fragments as well as other source material.
