Creating art is a spiritual practice. When I paint or draw I feel connected with a deep soul river, flowing through me to manifest in an image. The cycle is complete when I share my art with receptive community. Art transforms and empowers, both through the process of making and through the process of looking.
I am an art therapist and licensed psychotherapist, dedicated to helping people experience wholeness and wellness. I am passionate about community, diversity and connection, and the healing power of the creative process.
