Artist Statement / Bio

In my paintings, I focus on the spiritual mysteries of the great cycle of life-death-rebirth, as well as the sacred female and sacred male archetypes. Nature is the perfect teacher of balance and beauty, color and line. For over ten years, I have been studying nature in the dance of bone, muscle and skin in the human figure, and in the movement of light and space in natural forms.
