Abby Spangel Perry

The work Abby Spangel Perry creates focuses on our often difficult relationship with the environment and its smaller components. Perry was raised in Southern Pennsylvania and received both an MFA and BFA in Painting with honors from East Carolina University. Her award-winning paintings, drawings, textiles, and found objects have been shown from Washington State to New York State. She was twice the recipient of the North Carolina Regional Emerging Artist Grant and her work is held in the collection of the Cameron Art Museum in Wilmington, NC.
