Most of the fiber compositions that I plan ahead are inspired from the natural world and the people in it. Curiously I find that when I start with a random process I flesh out shapes that convey a sense of natural place and life as well. I believe it is important to re-use whenever possible. Nearly all my work includes pieces of fabric that had a previous life.
