As an avid user of public space and outdoor park-spaces I witness the dichotomy of conservation and progress; preservation and development; education and access.
I believe that art is a necessary form of communication which, while providing the artist an outlet, also provides the viewer with an opportunity to listen, learn and look at a different perspective.
