Rosa Valado

Artist Statement / Bio

Born in Spain, Valado holds a BFA from Queens College, NY. A recipient of a number of grants, she has completed residencies at Yaddo and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. Her work has appeared at Sideshow Gallery and the Herron Test-Site, Brooklyn, NY; ACE Gallery, the Sculpture Center and Anthology Film Archives in New York City and at Gallerie 5020 in Salzburg, Austria. She lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
