SHE & I : In this critical historical present, can we deny the impact and embodied solidarity of women with shared goals aimed at liberation from the control of their identity and bodies by the "logic of domination"? Can we overlook the close relationship between this civil resistance and environmental approaches? Is it possible to protect and end the domination over nature by the oppressive and exploitative systems that are also the main cause of environmental destruction, without resisting the exploitation and subjugation of women? Is the freedom and preservation of nature linked to the freedom of "woman" in society? How does the relationship between the images of " SHe and I " (and the placement of these images alongside those of nature) address ecofeminist movements, and how does it interpret the presence or absence of women in different societies an environments in the context of environmental degradation or preservation? Is the ideology of sexual, class, and racial oppression not of the same nature as the ideology of environmental destruction and subjugation? How has the "eco-feminist movement" challenged capitalism and the social values that arise from the hierarchies of domination? The impact of patriarchal culture on all aspects of women’s lives—from personal and familial relationships to values, culture, and traditions, which demand the "tamed body" of the "woman" within the confines of culture, customs, norms, and religion—how does this obstruct women’s physical presence and expression of feminine thought in society? This culture continuously strives to present "us " women, as inferior and powerless beings who must accept our predestined fate imposed by systems of colonialism and exploitation. Yet, women, contrary to the behavior patterns imposed by the powers that be, have enacted deeply political acts with their "bodies," and have creatively transgressed everything that the system of oppression deems criminal, both in public and private spaces.
