ArtSpa offers time and space to indulge in creative exploration and expression.

We will renew our inner beauty and balance, have fun and find our flow.

ArtSpa is hosted monthly by registered art therapist Eleanor Ruckman, MFT.

March ArtSpa is an opportunity to consider what seeds we are planting, and what we want to weed, compost, and release.  Using recycled and natural materials, including live plants, we’ll design miniature landscapes that resonate with our visions for new growth.  All materials provided, as are tasty, healthy snacks and tea.

Sunday March 31, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Grand Avenue, Oakland location. $90.
