Dear Artists,
We at Expressions Gallery are very excited about the next offsite show at the Berkeley Central Arts Passage because it coincides with the Bay Area Book Festival. The Book Fair typically brings 50,000 people to this area so just imagine how many will view your artwork.
Our show, “Literature and Art,” will feature Book Art, which is artwork made out of books, out of printed lettering, calligraphy, artwork illustrating literature or with poetry, writings inspired by the artwork of various artists and artwork that speaks without words, a strong message to the viewer.
“Literature and Art” runs from June 4 until September 6, 2016. Entry deadline is April 27th. Berkeley Central Arts Passage is located at 2055 Center Street between Milvia and Shattuck.
Please send your artwork images in an email with a 72 dpi jpeg 6″ on the longest side and tell us the framed size (H x W), the title and the medium.
