Stella Hermanovska is based in Riga, Latvia. Her work has been exhibited in group exhibitions in Europe and United States.
As an artist she mostly focuses on conceptual art. Her artistic practice combines several media: digital and analogue photographs, mixed media, paintings and objects.

The series entitled “Processes” consist of photographs of domestic objects, things and phenomena that surrounds people and keep in certain order their everyday life. The series explores process cycles in nature and society focusing on time passing and its impact. It shows the development of communication and social domestic rituals. The aim was to connect several processes of macro level, such as time passing in nature, with processes of micro level, daily life routine activities.
