This exhibition is open to young ecoartists and students whose work has been informed by research about and inspired by an ecoart pioneer from the environmental and social justice art movements. Submissions should be accompanied by a small photographic image and short researched biography of the inspirational pioneer artist.
All Two dimensional media, or relief sculpture that hangs on the wall, photographic documentation, Xeroxes of installations are acceptable.
Up to 24’x36′ ready to hang.

Please note: As there is no insurance for this show, xerox copies are recommended. If works are for sale, interested parties will contact you directly.
This exhibition will expose Bioneer audiences to the importance and contributions of important pioneer ecoartists, and witness an inspirational trajectory of creative, innovative and educational work about environmental/social justice issues that is being passed on to the next generation of ecoartists and environmental activists.
Artists in the environmental and social justice art movement, as the artists in this exhibition, are testaments to the power of art to create change, to heal damaged environments and communities, to give voice to the silenced and oppressed, and to educate, advocate and provide hope for a healthy survival.
