for an interfaith sunrise prayer ceremony

we walk to the nearby Army Corps of Engineers
with letters demanding they
deny the permit to bore under the Missouri River, complete a full environmental impact statement,
protect sacred & historical cultural sites.

 
Please write and bring a letter, to the event,
addressed to the Army Corps of Engineers
with your concerns about
denying a permit to bore under the Missouri River,
the permitting process,
an Environmental Impact Review,
and the protection of sacred and historic cultural sites.
